Managing user accounts from windows command line

On Windows we can manage user accounts from command line. We can do the following operations from command prompt.

Add user account to local computer or domain
Removing user account
Renaming user account
Add a user to a local group
Create a local group
Delete a local group
Enable / Disable user account
